Terms of Service for Lotto & Lotto Premium

"Lotto" and "Lotto Premium" are applications developed by "As Studio" that generate random lottery numbers for users. These applications do not offer gambling services and are intended solely for entertainment purposes.

3. Restrictions

The applications are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the applications.

4. Disclaimer

The numbers generated by "Lotto" and "Lotto Premium" are random and are not guaranteed to win in any lottery or gambling activity. "As Studio" is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using the applications.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the Lotto app displays advertisements from third-party services, specifically Google AdMob. "As Studio" is not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any links, products, services, or other materials relating to any external site.

6. No Warranty

The applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "As Studio" be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if "As Studio" has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or inability to use the applications.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the applications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
