1. Use of the App

Who Can Use the App?
The App is for entertainment and suitable for all ages. If you are under 13, we recommend parental guidance. You warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter these Terms and that your use complies with all applicable laws. You are responsible for your compliance with local laws.
Accounts are created via Apple/Google sign-in. You may not use another person's account without permission. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Profile Rules: Users can set usernames and link social media (Instagram, X, Facebook), making them visible to others along with stats (wins, losses, scores). Profile pictures are from your Apple/Google account; update them there. Do not use usernames or links that are illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or violate others' rights. We may remove or suspend profiles at our discretion if they violate these Terms.
Markers and Visuals: All characters, visuals, and markers (e.g., animals, emojis, symbols) in the App are original creations by AS Studio Apps. Any resemblance to real or fictional entities is coincidental. All artworks are owned by AS Studio Apps.
You may only use other users' data (e.g., usernames, stats) for gameplay. Misuse (e.g., harassment) may result in account suspension.

2. Ownership

All App content (e.g., game assets, markers, interfaces) is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it without permission.

3. Paid Services
Currently, the App does not provide any in-app purchases. Future updates may introduce optional purchases, such as:

- Remove Ads: One-time purchase to remove ads.

- Go Premium: Removes ads and unlocks all markers/premium features.

- Coin Packs: 35, 80, or 170 coins to buy markers (if not premium).

- Free Coins: Watch up to 3 rewarded ads daily (1 coin each) or win 3 games daily (1 coin each), for up to 6 free coins/day.

If added in future versions, payments are via Apple App Store, Google Play, or other methods. Prices vary by region and may include taxes.

No refunds except as required by law. Contact the store for refunds. Purchases are non-transferable. Unused coins expire after account termination.

We may offer promotions or changes to pricing/features without notice.

4. Access to the App

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may update, suspend, or modify the App without notice.

You are responsible for your device, internet, and any charges. We are not liable for issues from third-party services.

5. Termination

You can delete your account via App settings. We may retain data briefly for technical reasons. After termination, you lose access to purchases/coins.

We may suspend/terminate your account for violations, without notice or refund.

6. Abuse/Complaints

Report issues via the App's support. We investigate but are not obligated to act.

We do not vet users or guarantee safety. Interact at your own risk; we are not liable for user conduct.

    • AdMob: Displaying personalized ads within the App. Users who purchase Remove Ads can still choose to watch rewarded ads to earn coins.

    • RevenueCat: Managing in-app purchases and subscriptions, restoring purchases, and verifying active subscriptions.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

5.1 Purchase Types
The App offers the following in-app purchases:
  • One-Time Purchases:
    • Remove Ads: Removes all non-rewarded ads. Users can still choose to watch rewarded ads to earn coins.
    • Premium: Grants access to all markers and premium features.
  • Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
    • 3 Months
    • 6 Months

    • 12 Months

    • Subscriptions provide access to all Premium features for the selected duration.

  • Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

    • 35 Coins
    • 80 Coins

    • 170 Coins

    • Coins are used to purchase markers in the in-game store. Consumable purchases are non-refundable.

5.2 Subscription Management
Subscriptions are auto-renewable and managed through the App Store or Google Play. They will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel a subscription, you must do so through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We are not responsible for any charges resulting from your failure to cancel a subscription.
5.3 Purchase Restoration
Non-consumable purchases (e.g., Remove Ads, Premium) and active subscriptions are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not your in-game user profile. If you delete your profile and log in again with the same App Store/Google Play account, RevenueCat will automatically restore your non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions. However, if a subscription has expired, you will need to resubscribe to regain access to Premium features.
5.4 Account Considerations
If you log in with a different Google account on the same device, your purchases will not transfer unless the App Store/Google Play account remains the same. Ensure you are using the same App Store/Google Play account to access your purchases.

6. Marker Disclaimer

All characters, visuals, and markers (e.g., animals, emojis, symbols) featured in this game are entirely fictional and original creations by AS Studio Apps. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, or existing fictional characters is purely coincidental and unintended. All artworks and designs are exclusively owned by AS Studio Apps.

7. Data Management and Deletion

7.1 Profile Management
Through the App’s profile settings, you can edit your profile, delete your game records, or remove your profile entirely. Deleting your profile will remove all associated data (e.g., username, scores, friend lists) from our servers. However, you can create a new profile with the same Google account if you wish.
7.2 Subscription Cancellation Before Deletion
If you have an active subscription, it is important to cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your profile to prevent automatic renewal. We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel a subscription.
7.3 Data Retention
We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services. When you delete your profile, all data is immediately removed from our servers.

8. Data Security

We do not store sensitive personal data (e.g., payment information) on our servers. Data processed by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat) is stored and managed according to their security and privacy protocols.

9. Children’s Privacy
